Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Items Received




  • If an item(s) is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt).
  • If there is obvious damage by the delivery company, refuse the shipment based on that damage.
  • In the event of concealed damage, please keep all packaging materials, some shipments may require inspection by UPS.
  • Damaged items, reported within 3 days of receipt, will be replaced at no charge.
  • Upon reporting a damaged shipment or shipping error, a call tag will be issued to pick up the items.

All other returns or exchanges.

  • All items MUST be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.
  • Items MUST be returned in their original boxes and in saleable condition. Otherwise, we will not accept the return.
  • Items returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  • Items, in good condition, returned for exchange will not be charged a restocking charge.
  • You are responsible for the shipping charges to return items or exchange items.
  • We will not accept items for exchange that are not in a good, saleable condition.
